Dr. Ginsburg is Board Certified by the American Board of Surgery and has been practicing in Missouri since 1996. He specializes in advanced laparoscopic procedures, laparoscopic adjustable gastric banding ( the Lap-Band ® system), as well as many other general and vascular surgical procedures.
Dr. Ginsburg is also a Regular Member of the American Society for Metabolic & Bariatric Surgery and is on staff with a Bariatric Center of Excellence

We accept cash, personal check, Visa, Mastercard, and Care Credit for payment of your bill.
If your insurance requires a referral, you must bring it to your appointment unless it has been forwarded by your primary care physician.
It is important that you bring the following to each appointment:
- a current Driver’s License or Photo ID
- all current insurance cards
- co-payment (refer to your insurance card, specialist amount)
- referral (if applicable)
- recent test results
- current medications
Please request prescription refills during normal office hours. It may be necessary for the physician to examine you before refilling a prescription.
Our offices are equipped to allow us to do a variety of minor procedures in the office, after an initial consultation. Conditions requiring more extensive treatment are performed in an outpatient surgical or hospital setting. We make every effort to honor all appointment times, but occasionally emergencies can cause a delay. We will keep you informed should this occur.
